Being pulled back by the hair is super hot. It's such an underrated love-handle, and there's so much scope in a wrestling situation to get absolutely dominated just through having long, grabbable hair.

A long time ago, in my early 20s, I had long hair and I was in a 2-on-1 wrestle with a bigger guy, and he just pinned me to the floor and then stood on my hair while he wrestled the other guy, and there was nothing I could do from down there. He had me completely helpless without even doing anything, and I was just like, wtf!?

Arms, wrists, and ankles are also really good for pulling, as I've found out to my cost on many occasions.
