Hey, so I'm not that active on here really and a big part of it is confidence, especially body confidence.
A lot of you guys on here are ripped or toned or similar and that's kinda my goal.
Problem is I have problems with discipline and diet. Work is erratic and it's so much easier to eat junk than to meal prep or to collapse on the sofa instead of work out.
Are there any guys willing to help me out with any of this? Preferably local so you can kick my ass when I lapse...
Read Michael Moseley's 8-week blood sugar diet. If you put it into practice you'll regain insulin sensitivity which will push sugar and nutrients into the muscles to utilised efficiently. It's all about the Glycemic Index of foods and not just about calories.
