That’s only 18.5 kgs. Most guys do 32kgs dbs for 3 x 15 reps. However I know j50yo has serious biceps.

Aesthetically, Drahtman, has you all beat however, that doesn’t mean he has the most powerful biceps. That my friends can only be settled in a true competition which realistically cannot not include all the incredible biceps displayed on here due to geographic locations ....some sort of bicep contest each can perform at home, for instance,....
who can curl the most weight for the most reps? or
how about posting your max wt and number of reps at that wt?

Take a sz bar with 90pds and do preacher curls by taking the bar with one Hand! 10 reps right and left to start with...
