You can use your foot (which ever the opportunity gives you) to distract your opponent by massaging the opponent's dick and/or balls. This works well with full nelson/body scissors where you take your heel and spike his "equipment" or massage his dick (which is usually hard at that point). Or from a standing leg split with the opponent helpless on his back. At the same time, if you're into it, you can use his foot to massage your own while massaging his dick with your foot.

I take care that my opponent don't put his feet into my face when he is pining me or you can stand on the stomach of the looser with one or two feet to dominate him.
