Gutpunching give/take/trade

There's a sweet flash of pain when the fist compresses flesh against the spine. As far as deeper grunts go, a standing punch is better. When laying down, the diaphragm is pushed further into the rib cage, therefore less air is available to be pushed out. Actually though, there's a lot to be said for any kind of punch.

Any way to make the force stop you before it is absorbed by your body. Is what should be the idea. Every hit from another guy hits your body and your body will react and make you muscles will contact and observed by your body. If you are on a firm chair or bed the energy from the hit is not taken by the body. And the energy is pushed thru body and will be held in that general area and not go into making muscles react to the hit.. I would want harder hits on my body including guts so I sit in a firm chair or standing in front of aa wall or a bed.
Plus the puncher gets a break from making unusual hits. He knows that you are steady and well bd the same every punch.
Does this explain why holding yourself still and your body firmly up against s firm surface is better than standing free.
Unless you are teaching how to actually take hits. The firm back idea is to get them firm and strong.

If I knew you well enough I think brutal fighting is awful and should be shared with similar men.. No fear is a good way to say it

This is closer to my trend of thought. It's all about boundaries.
Everyone has a different measuring scale of what they can take. What is Brutal for me may not be for you.
I like to play but I want to be able to come back to the game tomorrow.

When I was in my 20s I got into what I consider to be some really brutal gut punch sessions with thugs. There was also a huge risk of danger. Like all 20 somethings I thought I was invincible.
When I did these sessions I was aware that they might get out of hand and take me somewhere That crosses my boundary, and it did happen a few times. I think you have to have a primal animal instinct, a sense of fear and danger to be bold enough to persue what I have, just to get the ultimate gut punch.

I do think that laying down or sitting upright in a char is best fo gutting.
It is simple physics and you can eventually get really rough

I like to have someone punch me while laying down on the bed. That really hits the spot for me.
I'v never tried being GP by someone while sitting in a chair. It always looks hot when I see it in a movie.
It's something I'd like to try.

I do like taking it sometimes sitting in a chair, because my gut is all bloated out there Buddha style sitting on my lap. The puncher has a nice round big target to punch into.
You and anyone else is welcome to do it to me.

I find that laying down allows for harder, and more brutal punches. Throwing a punch ahead of you isn't exactly going with the gravitational flow. Now, when you throw your fist downward, you're moving with gravity, thus more force is delivered in your punch. This also makes getting a nice, deep, penetrating punch more likely.

When I've taken a few myself...lying down. When I'm doing the punching I like them standing up against a wall. Although it would be delicious if I had the opportunity to punch a flat hard gut lying on his side... but always aim at the navel.
