Can abs punches cause damage

I've been hit hard in the stomach a lot over the years. Had the wind knocked out of me many times. I have always recovered and never had permanent damage. This includes liver shots which are terrible in that moment. Had my stomach punched a lot and been the pretty boy victim a lot during my life. Lots of ugly bruises and lots of belly aches. Can't stop seeking such abuse because I love it so much. No permanent damage yet. Some of the sluggers on here would love to hit me. Just to see what damage they could do. I would love it as well. I'm not one of these safe and sane players. When I'm being hit I like the puncher to bring it for real to my exposed abs section. It's just the way I am.

This needs to begin with "flexed or unfixed?"

Flexed, probably not to minimal, aside from surface bruising.

Unflexed, of course. Internal organs can be injured. There can be hydraulic pressures on intestines. Houdini died of complications.

Actually the ab muscles are designed for flexibility while holding your intestines inside. This is so you have the flexibility to run, climb or worm your escape from predators. Man is the only animal that develops six packs and the reason is nothing more than BECAUSE we're human beings. We're the only animal that HITS this area rather than claws, bites or otherwise rends this area of the body apart. Of course we're also one of the few animals who overeat at will and have a preposition of depositing our fat around the middle. As for the guts behind them, they're supposed to slide about inside on impact so they're not damaged but nothing is ready for repeated or sustained abuse.

Well yes, taking a full on hit anywhere can cause damage. But you can also condition your abs to take more and more hits. Toughen them up so to speak. As long as you don't go insane on first timers, and do everything in moderation, you will be fine.

And each time you recover you will be stronger for it.

(In Antwort dazu)

That's exactly what it does. But muscles are built for that – to protect the vital organs (which are not) beneath them.
