FTR, there are many levels of the GP experience. Some are more related to tolerance and stamina. While others are focused on pure punishment. The desired degree has to be communicated before hand. Don't assume they're all the same.
As the title states: give/take/trade. So everyone experiences the GP differently. Each to his own interest.
My GP gravitates towards trade (what I feel my competitor feels) so its all about the completive nature of GP – there is a winner and a loser i.e., someone submits.
Always wanted to do a scene where I would be restrained or hands locked overhead at a party or play party. In walks a gloved up shirtless leather Man in an executioners hood. Can't tell who he is as he works me over. After a while, I am released/taken down and allowed to go back into the party with the other men, enjoying some beers and bourbon but never being able to figure out who it was that used me as his punching bag.
I have no problem taking a punch right above my navel. There is a spot that I hit myself on and I feel it into my juice Bar.. You probably could hurt that spit and punch it in a regular ryrhem.. Bang bang pow.. Bang bang pow bang bang pow. Get it steadily hitting with nothing more than a continuous and hard hitting. I will might blow off the top.
There's a scene in a James Bond movie where the Korean dictator's son is working out on a bag, kicking and punching to lower his stress level. It's a bag with a guy in it he's working over. Have jacked off wishing I was in that bag many times.
I like the first punch to be a surprise uppercut right in the solar plexus to knock the wind out of me. Then I like nice steady punches to the navel or slightly below in my happy trail. But I like surprise hits in the upper abs or solar plexus, it lets me know that at any moment you could send me to the ground with a well placed uppercut!
