I have never been lucky enough to find anyone capable of lifting me in overhead press, my current weight is 167 lbs. I would like to live the experience.

I have been carried for piggyback rides and shoulder rides but I may be too heavy to be lifted overhead like this, one guy tried it once but couldn't get me up past his chin

i've been lifted like this for reps before a few times... it was incredibly hot! only, since i'm 6'6", it was more like being a barbell than a dumbbell. lol

but 110 lbs was pretty easy for the guys to manage.

The heaviest guy I’ve lifted and carried weighed 396 lbs and I’ve curled guys weighing up to 270 for a few reps....guys much less get way more reps.
So....yup...2 60kg guys😉 bring it

Depends on the lifts and the size of the guy...but never heard a complaint so far, knock on wood
