90kg with 1 guy, 145kg with 2 guys, both in sneakers or bare foot. I prefer about 70-75kg, for longer sessions.

I would enjoy doing that, after I had gut punched your abs relentlessly for 2 hours with my bare knuckled fists, aimed directly for your SEXY NAVEL and lower abdominals.
