It never fails to amaze me the logic or illogic of how people treat other people on line...especially with regard to likes and dislikes. I'm not naive enough to think that I am everybody's cup of tea nor do I think everyone is of interest to me. What I fail to understand is the rudeness or lack of manners on the part of people when declining interest in, yes, me. You figured it out I've had someone declare non interest in me. Noone likes rejection but it's easier to swallow, if you'll excuse the expression, if there's a reason given other than simply hitting the auto text rejection button.

I guess, too, I'm scratching my head because all I really did in the first place was to add the individual as a favorite and in return slam bam no thank you maam the no interest rejection comes back. It's odd too since this individual noted almost identical interests as mine on his profile. Therein lies the rub, I try to engender a passing friendship, an initial kindred contact and I'm shut down. I can hear you all say, "C'mon, George, toughen up...don't take it personally" and I'll agree with you. It just makes me scratch my head and then move on to the rest of you fish in the sea. It's not the first time this has happened nor will it, I suppose, be the last. I just wanted to voice my puzzlement.

To all you US guys I hope your Labr Day weekend has been filled with headlocks and hammerlocks and to the rest of the world I'm wishing you a good week ahead.

12-22-17 Follow on to the above...have had another one simply block me after he started the interest game and wanted a match. I responded favorably, inviting him over to wrestle this morning and then all of a sudden I'm blocked...still scratching my head. There's the abuse flag which is too harsh an action since it really isn't abuse but since I can't comment to the "offenders" any more I'm adding a list of profile names to my profile text called men to avoid or be cautious of in hopes of helping others avoid this kind of unfortuante behaviour and the individuals who demonstrate it.

Hey George. just read your latest blog. You could hear me cheering on everything you said. I've been blocked by several guys, but only one had the balls to tell me why. One guy at least had in his profile that he blocked members he didn't feel attracted to just to save time chatting. I wouldn't do that but that's his way. At least you know why he does it. Online users can be odd...but face it, George, you and I are from a whole other generation! All the best, buddy...Joe
