My plan for the summer is to become a bit thinner in my 30s. The reckless behaviour I engaged in during my 20s could negatively impact my future. As someone whose family has health issues, it's important for me to prioritize my well-being.
While someone complimented my skin, I'm unsure if my current routine is effective, which is spending a hour on an Exercise Bike burning about 400 Calories each day.
My goal is to look and feel better without resorting to extreme diets or starving myself. I was born in the Year of the Goat and restriction of food was never a option. To fair I do eat a lot less than I have done. Recently, I helped a friend lower their high blood pressure by encouraging to eat lighter. However, it's challenging for them as a mother to not overdo the portions but they now have lower pressure than they needed.
So just having a moment to record my thoughts it's better to remind myself I can but try.
