FAQ

Q1: What is the upload file size limit?

A: The maximum file size for uploading a picture is 5MB. Regardless of your uploaded picture, your resolution will be scaled to a maximum of 1600x1600 pixels.

Q2: What happens if the contribution expires?

A: If your contribution ends after one year and you are not extending it, you won't be able to upload more pictures and create new galleries until you are below the limit again. Already uploaded images will not be deleted.

Q3: Why does my picture look smaller after the upload?

A: Regardless of your uploaded picture, your resolution will be scaled to a maximum of 1600x1600 pixels if needed. Images uploaded before the 10th of March 2024 got scaled to a maximum of 800x800 pixels.

Q4: How do I check my current usage and limit?

A: Your current limit and usage are displayed at the top of your picture manager.

Q5: What can I do if my picture was wrongly classified?

A: To appeal the classification of a specific photo, please use the link provided in the message from "Photo Peer Review".

Q6: What is an Avatar picture?

An Avatar picture, also known as a primary or profile picture, represents your main image on our platform. It is used to create smaller versions, or thumbnails, that appear in search results, messages, and chats. Therefore, we have strict rules for avatar pictures to ensure that thumbnails are meaningful and represent the member accurately, facilitating the search for fight partners. Avatar pictures must show either your body from shoulders to waist, unobscured by clothing, or your face, ensuring that even in a small preview, the content is recognizable and relevant to our community's focus. Please refer to our Guidelines for Picture Moderation in Our Community for more details.

Q7: What is the green verification icon?

A: The green verification icon next to a picture signifies that it was utilized in the profile verification process. During this process, our site staff verifies the authenticity of this specific photo, granting the user's profile a verified status. It's important to note that only the photo marked with a green tick is verified, not all of the user's photos.

Q8: How can I verify myself?

A: You can do that in less than 3 minutes; please have a look at our Photo Verification Page.
