Over the weekend I was pretty excited to set up a match and host a fellow fighter. We had messaged each other and had confirmed a date and a time. He re-confirmed the day before we were supposed to meet up and I spent a portion of the day making sure the apartment was ready since I hadn’t hosted previously.

I was going to re-confirm with him one last time a few hours before the matchup and it turned out he deleted his profile! Nowadays, you have to expect a bit of flakiness but I wasn’t expecting that he’d just toss his profile and disappear! That's actually kind of funny.

Ironically, he had been a member for quite a while and had mentioned that it was tough meeting new fighters since they tended to flake out on the first meeting.

On the plus side, I caught up on all my cleaning and had a free evening to catch up with my Playstation.
