15/02/2020: A bout with ToeTheLine was the perfect end to a great trip to sunny Auckland. He does like winding his opponents up, and has a reputation as a bit of a hard man, so I was expecting great things, and Iʼm pleased to say that he is indeed a five-star opponent. Thankfully for my prominent nose and pretty face [ahem] we werenʼt doing his preferred styles of bareknuckle boxing or brawling, but rather having a go on my preferred turf of submission grappling. Because he is, despite the taste for the rough stuff, an absolute gentleman, and both accommodating of and considerate to his opponent. He sticks completely to what youʼve agreed, and is safe and sane. Unfortunately I suspect that all I achieved is convincing him that wrestling is not his thing, which is rather a pity, because heʼs an impressive and dedicated athlete who clearly trains hard, and Iʼm sure could be a great wrestler if it was his thing. But you know, you like what you like, and I really admire and respect his willingness to try new things and give other disciplines a go. And if and when he does wrestle again, although it might not be a FILA-pleasing bout, he will dominate most guys by just outmuscling them. Off the mats he is a lovely, entertaining and friendly guy, and the post-match pints and banter were almost as much fun as the wrestling. Iʼm not sure quite what weʼll do fight wise when we next meet up; but Iʼm sure that we will meet up again, because ToeTheLine is a quality bloke, and highly recommended by me.

I met Squashlad last night for a wrestle. It was a very civilised encounter meeting first in a pub for a drink and quick bite of food. On first impression Squashlad is unassuming, chatty and affable, a good rapport some built and we where then on our way to wrestle. Wrestling is his thing...he moves effortlessly, applies holds with what appears to be little or no exertion on his part. I on the other hand was tied up in knots several times, just having to wait it out, or tap. I was unable to
muscle my way out of his vast technical skill. We both come from very different training backgrounds and in wrestling I was outclassed by this man. Squashlad did graciously show me some moves, and made it seem easy , but it has shown me that wrestling in not my natural combat style. If you want to wrestle with a man who knows his stuff you won’t find better than Squashlad. He is also an absolute gent and a friendship was forged over some more refreshments and banter post match. Recommended .

after chatting and setting up a time and place, I got to wrestle FightNut today. had a great time grappling and wrestling with him. he's big and powerful and has a great personality. I hope and want to wrestle him again. if you get the chance to, do it. you'll have a good time with him.

It was great to finally meet matiis on his trip to London. His other recs were absolutely correct - he’s ridiculously strong! His best asset is his legs as they are so long and powerful, they are a constant threat. If you get trapped in them then you will suffer! Off the mats, he’s so polite, smart and nice to talk to. I really couldn’t recommend this very hot fighter enough. Thank you for taking time out to wrestle with me.

Meeting blacksocks108 in Amsterdam was the perfect conclusion to my trip to Europe. It was great to finally meet him after chatting to him for a while prior to meeting. Blacksocks108 certainly didn’t disappoint when l met him in person; he’s tall, handsome and very friendly. We had a very fun match and l had a great time challenging this athletic Dutchman. In addition to his well developed wrestling abilities he’s also a fun guy to chat with! Looking forward to meeting him again next time l manage to visit Amsterdam.

Met up with Jake today at Pippa's.We had a good few matches we also exchanged different holds.Looking forward too having another match with him soon.Looking forward too round 2.And he is also great too talk too both on and off the mats.

Heute war es endlich soweit. Nach einiger Zeit im Chat haben wir uns heute in Hildesheim auf der Matte getroffen. Sehr zuverlässig und pünktlich war er am Bahnhof. Dann ging es auf die Matte. Und was soll man sagen. Der Herr beherrscht einige Interessante Griffe mit denen er gut überraschen kann. Alles in allem hat es sehr viel Spaß gemacht mit dir. An die 3 Stunden ging es zur Sache. Und auch neben der Matte ein toller Gesprächspartner. Das war definitiv nicht das einzige Treffen. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Meine vollste Empfehlung. Bis zum nächsten mal auf der Matte 💪

Probably the guy with the biggest guns I've ever met on meetfighters. However, he has to learn how to use them! ;-)
Off the mats he's a very nice guy to talk with and I hope we'll meet for another round one day. I can fully recommend him!

Had such a good time wrestling with Squashlad. He is a strong guy with good knowledge of submission wrestling. I enjoyed getting worked over but also got couple of subs out of him. Highly recommended
